sports day 6th June 2014

Izzy flew at the race, way beyond our expectations… bursting with pride (partly because she was born with hip dysplasia and it was touch and go for a few yrs of she'd need a huge hip surgery at 5.) Luckily her hips are now into the normal range and she has been given the all clear, so this moment seeing her excel way beyond anything we could've hoped for was pure magic!   ...And and both Iz & Oz had lots of fun in the sun too!

Whhhhosh and now he's 9!!!!?????? My baby!

So, so proud of you Oscar and can hardly believe you're 9!  I have one eye on the clock and its 8pm, you're in bed on you new mini i pad (lving it) and I'm thinking back to 9 years ago tonight and in 2 and a half hours from now, 9 years ago, you were born at 10.31pm. I love you, we all love you. Best boy in the world!

Vanity not only for the girls!

Oscar is fabulous, even at age 2 he was insisting on picking out his own clothes, by 5 I had no say in what he wears.  Also by 5 he was also seriously into his hair styling. Now, at 8 he can't even go for a footy match without spending 20 mins in the mirror, I am not sure what he is doing with his hair but it is all very precise. Funny!

Love that he is not yet tall enough to reach the mirror!
